Well this is my first shot at blogging. I did keep a digital diary for several years. I really loved it and still talk to friends I made from the site. My best friend also kept a digital diary on the site. She passed away recently and my life has just been in turmoil since. I kinda feel like she is watching over me in some way. I really miss her!
I had a roux-en-y bypass several years ago, 2009 I think. I weighed 387 at my highest. I've always been fat. I've always been sick. I was diagnosed at age 11 with Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, but the symptoms started so much earlier, around age 5 or 6. I can never remember a time where I didn't feel awful and didn't want to die to make the pain stop. So let's fastforward a little and add fibromyalgia, lupus, sjogren's syndrome, ulcerative colitis, PCOS, pre-diabetes and insulin resistance with really severe hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, chronic and very severe migraines, two mini-strokes, multiple surgeries..... basically lots and lots and lots and lots of medical bills, pills, pain, and no answers.
In comes plexus. So my friend Krista has issues with her blood sugar, cholesterol, and blood pressure and she had been on my case a good 2 months to try plexus. I finally did and my starting weight was 262. Made me sick, I had been down to 232 at my lowest after my bypass. Anyway tried it for a solid week and noticed I felt better, kept going and after a few weeks weird things were going on inside this body. My periods have been irregular since I started at age 11, so they have been jacked up for 20 year and suddenly I'm just bleeding all over myself one day and I'm like - what that crap? I didn't have my warning cramps, bloating, diarrhea and nausea. Seriously I used to feel horrible for 2 days before hand and eat several pounds of chocolate. I thought about it and I hadn't eaten chocolate in several weeks - weird. I used to have a kit kat daily, lol admittingly several times a day. Thinking back I realized not only had not passed out from my nearly daily hypoglycemic attacks, no migraines, even my husband said I had been nicer and I seemed happy. Strange. This plexus stuff was making me a better person even lol. I weighed myself after 2 months, I don't even keep a scale so I had to wait til I went to the doctor. I lost 21 pounds and had went down 2 dress sizes. I wasn't even trying to lose weight. It just happened. I realized there might be something to this plexus stuff I had been drinking. The first people to notice were my mom and sister, they wanted to try it. So I thought about it awhile and decided to sign up for the discount and see what would happen. It's only been 10 days and I've not only paid for my supply but I've made around $350. Not a bad little supplement to my part time job. We will see what happens. I can't seem to keep enough on hand for trials, I order more every two or three days it seems. It's been interesting thus far.
